30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Include your order number and reason for return
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is defective)

How to Return

1. Email support@gobingya.com with your order number
2. Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions
3. Ship the item back to us
4. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of us receiving the return

Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund.
